Breakfast Topic: Are you done with LFR?

I love the LFR system. I have limited time between work and family commitments to devote to WoW so being able to raid via LFR is a wonderful feature of the game for me. I get sweet equipment upgrades, a chance to heal in a large group and the opportunity to experience content I wouldn’t otherwise enjoy. But, ugh, I am burned out and I blame that demanding bastard Archmage “Khadgar”.

In my pursuit of the legendary rings and follower, I’ve been running all the wings available on both my Druid and my Monk to get the quest drops I need before the weekly Tuesday reset. Highmaul wasn’t so bad, but 900 stone things for this next round means a lot of dying at Kromog. At first I was all for it, but now I can’t bring myself to sign up for the LFR queue. I’ve seen the bosses and learned their mechanics. Heck, I even explain them to my raid before every fight so everyone is clear and we can minimize the wipes (or me draining all my mana for those that can’t stay out of the fire). But killing the same bosses over and over on two toons for weeks on end has been enough for me and I don’t even have enough rock bits to make the first of the three tablet things.

I’m not writing this to qq about LFRs or even quest requirements, but because I know there’s others of you out there in the same boat. Has the LFR grind got you down? What are you doing with your WoW time now? For me it’s been making a final push on my wizard before Diablo 3’s Season 2 ends and trying out Sylvanas in Heroes beta while waiting for Patch 6.2. What about you?
