Breakfast Topic: How do you want your Legion Legendaries to drop?

Wowhead just datamined more Legion Legendaries than you can shake a stick at. From leather sandals that massively heal you to wrist armor that lets you move while casting to shoulders that radiate 5000 damage per second. There’s also class specific items like a Warlock hood that removes casting time on demons and a cloth chest piece that lets Ice Barrier be cast while channeling other spells. These and many more are magnificent items, but how should they be acquired?

Apparently the new avalanche of Legendaries coming to Legion are designed to bring back that feeling from Vanilla WoW of getting a random purple drop of great power. Making these drop randomly is all good and well for the more generic ones that work for many specs, but the ones that target a specific spell for a specific class are going to be highly sought after. If those remain random drop, there are going to be some very unhappy players who want that specific item, but don’t have a clear path to attain it.

I hope that the more class specific items would be rewards for Class Hall quests of suitably legendary length. That gives players who want to put in the time and effort a way to achieve them over randomly killing mobs and hope you win the lottery.

How would you like your Legendaries to enter the world? Randomly so they feel more exciting and rare or grinding out a lengthy quest or rep so players don’t feel shut out?
