StarCraft 2: Nova Covert Ops launch cinematic teases conspiracy

StarCraft 2: Nova Covert Ops is set to release the first of three episodes March 29. In preparation, Blizzard has released the mission pack’s launch cinematic which teases the conspiracy afoot. Nova stands accused of treason against the Dominion for crimes she seemingly doesn’t remember committing.

Each episode of Nova Covert Ops includes three missions, for a total of nine missions once all three episodes have been released. This mission pack focuses on Dominion Ghost Nova Terra and her involvement in galactic conspiracy which threatens to reign of Emperor Valerian Mengsk. All three episodes can be purchased in on bundle for $14.99 on the Blizzard store. Though I suspect playing all three StarCraft 2 titles — Wings of Liberty, Heart of the Swarm, and Legacy of the Void — will provide valuable knowledge in regards to the events which transpire in this mission pack, only the StarCraft 2 Starter Edition is required to play. The Starter Edition is, itself, free to download and play.
