This week’s Hearthstone Tavern Brawl is Cloneball

In this week’s Hearthstone Tavern Brawl, once you’ve selected your class, you’re given a small handful of randomly chosen Legendary minions and your deck is composed almost entirely of copies of those Legendaries. In addition, you receive a small number of Offensive Play cards, allowing you to reduce the cost of a specific Legendary.

Assuming the brawl’s random nature doesn’t do you in, how you utilize Offensive Play will be key to your winning strategy. Which legendary do you want to hit the board first? Gruul isn’t the best Legendary ever, but if you can get him on the board as early as turn 5, it may be worth it. Or how about a turn 7 Y’Shaarj? In my playtime so far, when my opponent and I both had decent legendaries, our matches came down to how we used Offensive Play — and if you make a poor choice, you might end up throwing the game.
