Auriel live on the PTR plus a pretty standard hero rotation

It’s Tuesday once again, but probably not the Tuesday most of you want, since Demon Hunters and the demon invasion event are arriving next week in World of Warcraft. Or, if you’re just into Heroes of the Storm, Auriel should be joining us next week (and she’s on the PTR now).

In the meanwhile we have a fresh hero rotation, including Raynor, whom I think we’re all just bored with. But now let’s dive in to the rotation and the team’s thoughts.

Alex: I used to really love playing Nazeebo, but he’s a bit dull as far as specialists go these days. The newer specialists outclass him, and even other old specialists like Sylvanas have received a makeover. Nazeebo is supposedly slated for one, but who knows when we’ll see that. Still satisfying to throw spiders at people sometimes, though.

Anna: I like that both Tyrande and Karazhim are on rotation, because they both have the ability to build toward damage. You know, juuuust in case the QM algorithm matches you with Brightwing and Uther.

And that’s this week’s rotation! There’s nothing on this week’s list that’s particularly exciting, so it may be a week to play your own hero collection. Illidan can be a nice counter to Raynor. You know, just in case you plan to spend the week murdering Raynors. If you plan on spending the week murdering (or helping) anyone else, Heroes Counters has suggested heroes.

Or if you’re eager to check out Auriel, she’s on the PTR — though you’ll have to buy her to give her a try… and as usual, the PTR is likely to be packed with Auriels, which can make getting into a representative game tough.
