Trial of Valor Normal and Heroic open November 8

Though the Trial of Valor mini-raid is part of patch 7.1, it won’t be open right away. Instead, you have a bit of time to explore patch 7.1 content before you have a new raid to conquer. Here’s the schedule:

• November 8: Normal and Heroic
• November 15: Mythic and LFR

Compared to Emerald Nightmare, Trial of Valor is a small raid, featuring only three bosses: Odyn, Guarm, and Helya. We’ve encountered all of them before, but Trial of Valor should tie up their stories and act as a conclusion to Stormheim. Drops in the raid are slightly better than Emerald Nightmare, and like that raid can be Warforged or Titanforged for even higher ilevels. Here are the base gear drop levels at each difficulty:

• LFR: 840
• Normal: 855
• Heroic: 870
• Mythic: 885

And, while there’s no tier gear here, there is off-tier loot and you can grab relics and cool transmog sets.
