Hearthstone’s Mean Streets of Gadgetzan launches December 1 [Updated]

During this week’s Hearthstone livestream, Blizzard Entertainment announced Mean Streets of Gadgetzan will release December 1. Yes, that’s this Thursday. As in tomorrow, which means you only have a few hours left to pre-purchase 50 packs for $49.99.

Mean Streets of Gadgetzan was first announced earlier this month at BlizzCon 2016. If you’re looking for a gameplay preview, you can check out the VOD of thelivestream or a previously recorded match on YouTube. You can also check out our Mean Streets spoiler list of the new cards.

Update: In addition, some new quests have been discovered. Like with the Whispers of the Old Gods expansion, Blizzard is celebrating the launch with some free card packs. The first time you log in after the patch, you’ll receive three new quests.

• Join the Goons – Win 3 games as a Hunter, Paladin, or Warrior.
  • Rewards 2 Mean Streets of Gadgetzan Packs
• Join the Jade Lotus – Win 3 games as a Druid, Rogue, or Shaman.
  • Rewards 2 Mean Streets of Gadgetzan Packs
• Join the Kabal – Win 3 games as a Mage, Priest, or Warlock.
  • Rewards 2 Mean Streets of Gadgetzan Packs

You may want to go ahead and empty out your quest log. When Whispers of the Old Gods launches, the introductory quests for that expansion would overwrite any existing ones you had in your log.
