And if you're up on obscure internet history, you may remember <a href="https://warcraft.wiki.gg/wiki/WoW_Insider" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">WoW Insider</a>, where many of us started covering World of Warcraft dating back to 2006. (Hey! We have our own Warcraft Wiki page! We're famous!)But we're all a little older than we were when World of Warcraft launched in 2004. We have jobs, we have kids, we have responsibilities — just like everyone else that started playing MMOs back when World of Warcraft was just released. Today we write news for people like us (and hopefully people like you), covering Blizzard Entertainment and a smattering of other topics we care about. We play more World of Warcraft, Diablo, Hearthstone, and Overwatch than we probably should, and we're developing what you might call a slight Warcraft Rumble problem. And beyond Blizzard, we're huge video game nerds and we love tabletop gaming, so we talk about both as much as we can get away with.It's possible we play a few too many games, but we try to use our knowledge to your advantage. We know you may not have time to read every line of the latest patch notes, or keep up with the hundreds of interviews that come out of BlizzCon every year. Our goal is to bring you the news that matters, as well as guides focused on getting things done. We try to answer the questions you're most likely to have with on point guides that don't waste your time. We run two weekly podcasts: the Blizzard Watch podcast and the Lore Watch podcast, which break down what's going on in Blizzard's games and stories in just an hour a week. We also do a Tavern Watch podcast where we play and talk about TTRPGs, but that's a little more intermittent.And we're so glad you're along with us for the ride. We're an independent site that relies on community support so we can keep writing and podcasting.
