Admittedly I'm not in California, but I've spent a heck of a lot of time in southern Arizona. So if you're looking for drought-themed entertainment, I strongly suggest reading Cadillac Desert. For extra credit, play some Fallout: New Vegas and drink an agave nectar margarita. I guarantee you'll be thirsty, or possibly unconscious, in no time.
