Unfortunately, his personal cheery little bluebirds of happiness won't leave him alone, the skies are clear and sunny, and the flowers are in bloom. Terrible brooding weather. May I suggest paying a visit to a Horde garrison instead? At least those are cold and desolate, and you'll probably have a lot of orcs trying to kill you, which may lighten your mood a bit.
