Submitter Kimaloo of Anub'Arak (US- H) writes, "I tried out using Nibelung in Icecrown Citadel because my brother was telling me about the summoning Val'kyr thing it does. For a long time nothing happened and we thought it didn't work for max level, but then a couple of times we saw one Val'kyr, so apparently it procs but very rarely. Then I used the Empowering Blood Orb and started casting instant Chain Lightning and Earthquake, and this happened. I almost reported this as a bug, but I'm afraid Blizzard would do something crazy to fix it, like take out the blood orbs, and I wouldn't want to run ICC anymore if I couldn't instant cast Chain Lightning."
