Eily was tempted to draw on her gnome friend with a Sharpie, but, being a champion of the Light, she resisted the temptation. Also, Sharpies haven't been invented on Azeroth." If you're that desperate, I'm sure you can buy a coal stick and draw a cute little mustache on that gnome. Or better yet, "If found, please return to Gnomeregan."
