Why is that proving to be as hard of a drop as Invincible?

"And I really would pay gold to skip the opening and closing sequence of the Arthas fight. I get why it's important they stay a part of the encounter, but when you're in there every week, I can recite the dialog by heart. So, I start to look for silly things to do while Tirion and Arthas have their discussion; like hide in the Lich King's boot. I don't remember. Did we ever figure out just how tall Arthas would be? I'm thinking Andre the Giant tall when I, a simple dwarf looking for a glove token, can fit inside Arthas' boot."
