Ninety-five percent of the time, there's no resistance other than the NPCs. (It's so much fun where there are defenders, however.) It's quick and reasonably painless honor. With Season 4 ending soon, if you need a bit more honor to finish out a Prestige level, I strongly recommend this. Plus, you get World Quest credit.
