Hey, it's your pet battling BFF, Annabelle, from BlizzardWatch.com
0:06
In this video, I'm featuring two pets with a bit of a narrative twist to them
0:11
Narrative meaning story, meaning maybe spoilers? The first pet is the Veil Flitter
0:17
This moth pet is pretty much identical to the Skywisp moths from the Timeless Isle in
0:21
both moves and model, now with slightly less seagull puke. It uses the standard moth moves Slicing Wind, Cocoon Strike, and Moth Dust, but switches
0:35
things up with Reckless Strike, Counterspell, and a valuable weather effect, Call Lightning
0:41
which synergizes well with a multi-strike heavy moth moveset. The other pet I'm featuring this week is the Terror Larva
0:49
The Terror Larva is nearly identical to other grub and maga type pets, with chomp, acidic
0:54
goo, consume, sticky goo, and burrow. It swaps out Leap for a brand new move called Worst Fear, which functions similarly to Nocturnal Strike
1:07
And that ability is where our tale really begins. These two pets are found wild in Val'sharah
1:13
The Veil Flitters can be found scattered across the more idyllic forested areas
1:18
This new zone features the type of wildlife you might expect from an area designed to
1:22
be a terrestrial echo of the Emerald Dream, including these innocuous little moths
1:27
But within the Emerald Dream is the Emerald Nightmare. In areas twisted by the Agents of Xavius, you'll no longer find the flitters
1:34
In the red and black, corrupted areas of Val'sharah, you'll only find their larva, also tainted
1:41
Viewed together, these pets go from just another couple wild tames to a pair, which reveals
1:47
the state of this new zone as you arrive. On one side, you have Malfurion Stormrage and Cenarius
1:53
On the other is Xavius and the might of the entire Burning Legion, and torn between those
1:58
two iconic juggernauts is a humble moth. That's all for this pet spotlight

I'll see you next time
