Each Diablo 4 Season of Blood endgame boss and their Unique item loot table

Diablo 4 patch 1.2 contains some massive gameplay updates, but perhaps the most exciting thing coming but one of the more exciting changes is the addition of five summonable endgame bosses, including Duriel. These new bosses have fixed loot tables and will let you target specific loot for farming, which should make it easier to collect the Unique items you need for your build. The items you’ll find on these bosses are a mixture of brand new Uniques and returning items that will be updated in the patch, and though you can still earn these Unique items elsewhere through random chance, killing these bosses offers a more straightforward path to players seeking a specific item.

Though these bosses are being added with the Season of Blood, this target loot system isn’t exclusive to the season: you’ll be able to fight these bosses with new seasonal characters or your existing Eternal characters. However, these are end-game bosses so they’re World Tier exclusive, and you’ll need to be playing on WT3 or WT4 to fight them. Regardless of the World Tier, each of these bosses is summoned with specific components that you’ll have to farm up before you can start farming for new Uniques.

Some items can be farmed from multiple bosses, giving you a bit of variety, but some are exclusive to the Echo of Duriel. To make sure you know which one to target we compiled a list of each boss’s Unique item loot pool. Here are which bosses drop which Uniques in Diablo 4 patch 1.2 and the Season of Blood.
