Player Housing decor collectors will have a new fishy friend to acquire in Midnight's patch 12.1, and its looping swim animation makes it perfect for placing in your at-home aquarium.

When Pepe was originally introduced in Warlords of Draenor, this adorable orange avian companion was an interactable object in your Garrison, who got easier to reach as your Garrison was upgraded, so it make perfect sense that he's coming to visit our Player Housing house, too.

World of Warcraft patch 12.0.5 brought a number of undocumented changes -- some intentional, some not.

Patch 12.0.5 launched Tuesday in World of Warcraft, and while there were a lot of features players were excitedly looking forward to -- Decor Duels, Abyss Anglers, or even helping Decimus help us by finishing the Voidforge -- the patch also launched with one major thing players were not expecting or looking forward to: critical bugs that caused the Player Housing system to be disabled, at least in the US and Oceania.

If you suffered from a bit of sticker shock the first time you opened up a Player Housing decor catalog in Midnight, then good news -- the price of many decorations that cost Voidlight Marl has been reduced by a significant amount.

Blizzard's 2026 roadmap for World of Warcraft didn't include anything about our new favorite feature, Player Housing (aka house transmog), but Blizzard still has lots of plans for in-game housing.
