Where is the Nerub-ar Palace raid entrance?
The first raid for World of Warcraft: The War Within will be the Nerub-ar Palace, located at the back of the City of Threads in the lower levels of the Azj-Kahet zone.
The entrance is accessible without completing the campaign quests, but you will need to be careful as the area has quite a few L80 elite mobs patrolling nearby. The closest fight point to the raid entrance is located within the City of Threads itself at The Burrows, however this is one of the few flight points in the expansion that requires quest completion to see as the NPC is phased out until you unlock it.
If you haven’t completed the campaign yet but still want to visit the raid entrance you can unlock the flight point at Wildcamp Ul’ar in the northern part of the zone simply by talking to the flight master, Courier Lyan. This flight point is located at an airship dock under a ledge.
The raid entrance itself is located in a raised plaza in the south-west corner of the City of Threads. The city has multiple levels, so if you can’t see the entrance you are looking for and you are over the marker on the map, you may need to go above or below the plane you are currently on.
