Where to find weapon trainers on WoW Classic anniversary realms

World of Warcraft Classic launched a fresh set of Classic Era realms as part of the WoW 20th anniversary celebrations, giving players another chance to level up brand new characters that will get to experience all of the Classic phases of content. Part of the Classic leveling experience is weapons training — each race and class combination can use a certain set of weapons but you have to learn them from specific weapons trainers throughout Azeroth.

Weapon trainers are located in capital cities, with at least one in each faction’s capital city and four in total for each faction, one for each of the Classic races. There’s some overlap in the weapon skills that each master can teach, but some skills can only be taught by a specific master so if it’s one you want then you’ll need to travel to that capital city. Each trainer will charge a universal cost of 10 silver per weapon skill taught with the exceptions of Polearms which cost 1 gold to train.

Here’s where to find each Classic weapons trainer and the specific weapon skills they teach!

Stormwind City

Woo Ping is inside the Weller’s Arsenal building (coordinates 57, 57) of Stormwind City’s Trade District, the first area once you immediately enter Stormwind from the front gates. Woo Ping can teach these weapon skills:

• One-Handed Swords
• Staves
• Two-Handed Swords
• Polearms (1 gold)

Ironforge

The Timberline Arms building (coordinates 61, 89) in the southern area of Ironforge’s Military Ward houses two weapons trainers, Bixi Wobblebonk and Buliwyf Stonehand.

Bixi Wobblebonk:

• Thrown

Buliwyf Stonehand:

• Fist Weapons
• Guns
• One-Handed Axes
• Two-Handed Axes
• One-Handed Maxes

Darnassus

Ilyenia Moonfire is positioned on the Warrior’s Terrace (coordinates 57, 46) near the main entrance of Darnassus and will teach players how to use:

• Fist Weapons
• Staves
• Thrown

Orgrimmar

Orgrimmar has two weapon masters that are stationed in the Arms of Legend building (coordinates 81,19) within the Valley of Honor, Sayoc and Hanashi.

Sayoc:

• Thrown
• Two-Handed Axes

Hanashi:

• Bows

Undercity

Archibald is the weapon master located along the walkway of the Undercity’s War Quarter (coordinates 57, 32) and teaches the following weapon skills:

• Daggers
• One-Handed Swords
• Two-Handed Swords
• Polearm (1 gold)

Thunder Bluff

Ansekhwa can be found on the central Thunder Bluff mesa in the south-southwest area (coordinates 40, 63) near the pond. Players can learn these skills from them:

• Staves
• Two-Handed Maces
