Embrace these new Forsaken style rewards at the WoW Trading Post in July

The World of Warcraft Trading Post is leaning into the undead Forsaken theme this July with new rewards for both the living and the undead. The Traveler’s Log objective bar has also been increased just for this month and will yield extra rewards, beyond the usual solo bonus item. If you’re hanging out in Dornogal, Stormwind, or Orgrimmar, make sure to stop the local Trading Post to get your monthly Trader’s Tender and see if anything stands out to you!

July Trading Post mounts

Two brand new mounts are available at the Trading Post in July: the Wailing Banshee’s Charger for 575 Trader’s Tender and the Unarmored Deathtusk Felboar for 325 Trader’s Tender. If you’re a mount collector, you’ll want to grab both of these and complete the Traveler’s Log, since there’s a green version of the Banshee’s Charger up for grabs.

July Trading Post transmog and items

Even though the month is undead focused, there is an unrelated new item making its debut this month, the Lively Sweatsuit and the Plum Sweatsuit. This new “Ensemble” filler item will likely rotate colors each month and pad future Trading Post rotations alongside the sarongs, sandals, and leg wraps to sell the illusion of a full transmog stock. If you’re looking for some basic color pieces, the new sweatsuits may be just what you need, but they’re quite basic.

The Deepest Depth’s Diver Suit, a reward that first appeared in last July’s Trading Post, is also back again, continuing the running bit of a random item that doesn’t thematically fit alongside any of the others. Rounding out this month are the weapons, which are the high point as they generally are every month, with plenty of sick options to go around for all players.

This month’s Trading Post pet is Blub for 500 Trader’s Tender! Because of course a fish is what everyone thinks about when they see the Forsaken, or someone cosplaying as Forsaken. [Ed’s note: Both fish and Forsaken can breathe underwater, it’s a natural connection.]

July Trading Post bonus rewards

This month the bonus rewards had some real effort put into them, and so they’ll take effort to earn. Since the Traveler’s Log objective bar has been increased this month, instead of getting one item once the objective bar is full, you can earn three separate items at different points of the bar:

• Forsaken’s Grotesque Cauldron — 600 points
• Ensemble: Forsaken’s Grotesque Collection — 1000 points
• Forsaken’s Grotesque Charger — 1400 points

These bonus rewards are a win-win because you’ll be saving and earning Trader’s Tender and the rewards are actually interesting and satisfying, which isn’t always the case for the monthly bonus rewards. If nothing else really interested you this month, at least take advantage of these free rewards for completing Traveler’s Log objectives — and if nothing else thrills you, just save the extra Trader’s Tender for next month.
