Want your Player House to look like a Gnome engineered it? Get your cogs and sprockets from Mechagon

With the release of player housing, we have been given hundreds of items to design our perfect homes, but certain races seemed to have received the short end of the stick, including Gnomes, who have perhaps the shortest stick of all.

However, there actually is a lot of Gnome furniture that is relatively to get easy at max level — you just need to return to Mechagon to start building the clockwork, grease-stained home of your dreams.

Some Assembly May Be Required, like all Gnomish inventions

Upon arrival on Mechagon Island you have access to two vendors. The Stolen Royal Vendorbot serves as the quartermaster of the Rustbolt Resistance, selling items tied to reputation and achievements. There’s also Pascal-K1N6, the vendor who turns your Spare Parts into items.

Both vendors offer a wide selection of tables, chairs, coffee makers, and lights of all shapes and size. If you’ve already served with Resistance, with a few runs of Mechagon, you will collect plenty of spare parts to build a lovely gnome hideaway, as well as a Gnomish Tesla Tower or two that drop off King Mechagon himself. However, if this if your first time joining the Rustbolt Resistance, the rep grind to get some items may take quite a few visits to the island.

We hope you like daily quests!

But, those of you who are exalted shouldn’t look so smug just yet. There are even more furniture options available for your Gnomish bungalow, since daily quests on Mechagon island also have a chance of dropping the Self-Assembly Homeware Kit which has a few unique items, such as the Small H.O.M.E Cog and the Retired Industrial Gnomegrabber — a crane for your home! The reward appears to be random, and is not guaranteed every day, or even on the same quest on cycles. This was after a few days of observation as well as confirmed by other players that it can be in any of the randomized 19 daily quests of Mechagon.

Thankfully at max level, a quick run doing quests on Mechagon Island takes less time than winding the gears of a Mechagnome. And this means you get to double dip if you need reputation and even more Spare Parts.
