The Queue: Oh, right. That.

Every so often I have a quick poke through my computer to see what kind of nonsense I’ve forgotten I have on my hard drive. And sometimes, it’s like, oh, right. The thing I intended to finish. And then maybe I do finish it now that I’m reminded, and maybe it just sits moldering for a while. Who knows. Right now the idea of diving back into Blue Prince just to finish the last little bit I have left is very overwhelming, but I do have a full multimedia spreadsheet to fall back on. Anyway, given the nature of the game I’m positive this image contains a billion spoilers but who knows what they could possibly be. Sorry?

This is The Queue, our daily column where you ask us questions and we’ll get around to answering probably. Like, eventually. Don’t rush me.

When you can play against Darth Vader and Sabrina Carpenter and a Bloons Monkey and Batman and John Wick and the Ghostbusters and — if the leaks are to be believed — freakin Mercy in Fortnite, I figure Overwatch can collab with whatever ridiculousness it wants to, too. I don’t think that works reciprocally, though. Even the gritty Overwatch characters would seem cartoony and out of place in Diablo.

All that said, my dream collab for Overwatch has been shot in the foot. I would love some actual licensed Sailor Moon skins, but they already went the Great Value route with Dokiwatch. It seems very unlikely that they would go the distance for that collab when we already have legally distinct Sailor Moon at home — but then my instinct tells me that perhaps they were halfway through a collab and it fell through so they sanded off the serial numbers. It’s tough to tell.

I would also love to see a Sailor Moon collab in Diablo, because even though I think it would be off-brand and poorly received, above all I adore chaos.

I finally knuckled under and finished the Campaign due to some stuff I needed for ✨content purposes✨. It was fine, but I would rather be doing Prey or Delves. Story Mode was a great addition for people like me who don’t want to roll their eyes and even slog through LFR, though I do wish (perhaps paradoxically) that there was more of the raid showcased than just the final battles of each thing.

Plus, I’m working on a lot of summer stuff. Swim season is starting up soon, and we’re trying to plan some fun stuff out as well. Debating getting state park passes, though if I were to do that I’d want to have a kayak or canoe for half of them since they have either big ponds or slow rivers (the outliers all have waterfalls). Definitely going to try to plan visits to some weird tourist traps, too. If we go through Pennsylvania again this summer, we’re planning on doing an Utz chips factory tour, which does not actually look all that fun.

I have not gone back and finished much of Harandar or Voidstorm. There are so many random sidequests to engage with, and pretty much all of them offer renown bonuses, but also there’s so much other junk to do and keep up with that those one-time quests keep getting pushed to the backburner. I am not at all up to date with all the Harandar artifact quests, though I have kept up with my Saltheril’s Haven stuff and Dundun, and I’ve done at least one 11 Bountiful Delve every day. That’s a lot of playtime. And now I also have to go do this fish stuff and assaults? Ugh.

I don’t know how people who have a consistent raid team do it at this point. I can barely even muster the will to pug Heroic dungeons because I’m already swamped with busywork.
