The Queue: I wish to see the baby

It has come to my attention that many of you have adorable fuzzy (and less fuzzy!) companions and many of you do not post photos without requests. Just know that literally every day, I am psychically requesting to see the baby. If in doubt, more baby.

This is The Queue, our daily column where you ask us questions and if you haven’t telepathically received the answers already that’s just another sign that our powers haven’t quite come in yet.

While I do have some nostalgia for Hyrule, it’s nowhere near the nostalgia I have for Azeroth. I didn’t play the beta a ton, but just that first trip from the Skyborne starting area into the newly-built Dalaran in the middle of Hillsbrad, with that Wrath-era music got me square in the feels.

I’m not sure how much I’ll actually play Forever but it’s very bittersweet to experience these areas again, but without the benefit of the friends that made things so memorable the first time around.

Honestly this time around I’m gonna just order a pizza and keep it rolling. I’ve moved from my binge nolife era to my smelling the roses, appreciating the glory in each moment era.

No shade meant, of course. I’m just very tired and plan on going at my own pace, and sleeping sometimes.

No, and it’s weird, because initially I was like, eh, it’s because I don’t really watch TV or ads on videos. But then I went and tried to find 30-second TV spots on youtube and came up completely empty. There are plenty of the trailers we’ve seen, 3 minutes plus cinematics, or that animatic music video, but nothing of a length you’d see as a TV ad.

I’m sure I have to be doing something wrong in my search (like who wants to just watch commercials, for starters) but it seems weird that I can’t even find randos posting vertical video recorded living room versions easily. Truly, we’re living in different times.

On one hand, Horde favoritism.

On the other hand, if they gave Alliance more help, they’d be that much more powerful. Have to give the poor little Horde a little bit of assistance.

The week before Halloween I bought a 60 pack of name brand mini chocolate and it was like $15. Yesterday I went to the same store and bought an 85 pack of mixed mini chocolate and Skittles and it was under $2, but I had to dig through a lot of bags of bottom tier sus candy to find it. Elementary school teachers always ask for stuff like that for little incentive rewards.

I also bought a “treats bowl” which is actually just a huge plastic bowl in a pretty lavender color for $0.22, so it’s a phenomenal value even if the only use I got out of it was carrying my stuff out to the car from the grocery store, and a NYX liquid eyeliner in dark brown for $3, which is the color I usually use for my cat eye anyway (using a warm tone right against my eyes makes the blue pop).
