Breakfast Topic: What did you expect that didn’t happen?

Looking back over the course of Warlords of Draenor, one thing I really expected that didn’t happen at all is that I thought Shattrath would be a raid, instead of an outdoor zone for garrison daily quests. I expect that driving the Iron Horde out of Shattrath would be a pivotal moment (and it is, but not the way I expected) and I didn’t realize that Socrethar and the Sargerei would be a part of the city’s story, or really, as big as part of the expansion as they have been. I’ve already copped to having not seen Gul’dan’s role for what it ended up being, but I really thought we’d be pushing the Iron Horde out of Shattrath as part of a raid after Highmaul and BRF. I also didn’t expect to fight Blackhand in BRF, for that matter.

But what about you, gentle readers? What did you expect to see in Warlords that you either haven’t seen yet, or which can’t happen because of things that have (as an example, Garrosh as a raid boss)? What did you see coming that isn’t?
