Breakfast Topic: What will you do first in patch 6.1?

Patch 6.1 is hitting the US realms today! I’m used to major patches having a catchy subtitle (e.g. Patch 5.1: Landfall), but patch 6.1 has no such theme attached to it. This is strictly a features patch. You’ll have to wait until patch 6.2 for the next major chapter of the Warlords of Draenor story, though the legendary quest will continue in patch 6.1.

A lot of these features revolve around garrisons: the music jukebox, new missions, new followers, new daily quests, and who could forget the S.E.L.F.I.E. camera? There’s also the new blood elf models, the new heirloom collection system, profession changes, and a whole lot of class balancing.

I think the first thing I’ll be doing is upgrading some followers to ilvl 660 to get my first Blackrock Foundry raid mission in the works. After that, I’m going to hunt down someone who has a garrison with the appropriate daily vendor so I can buy some stage 4 crafting recipes. My stockpile of Savage Bloods is ready to go.
