We’re voting Terry Crews for Doomfist

We’re pretty sure we don’t get a vote here, but if we did we would definitely be voting for Terry Crews. The Brooklyn Nine-Nine (and Old Spice commercial) actor recently dropped by Blizzard HQ to catch up with the developers of his favorite game: Overwatch. But could there be a reason behind this visit other than meeting the dev team? Like Terry playing a future Overwatch hero?

Terry has talked about wanting to play Doomfist, a villain who was namedropped in the very first Overwatch cinematic. In an interview with PC Gamer, Chris Metzen mentioned the possibility of a Doomfist hero:

We’ve talked about the gameplay of doing a Doomfist character — again, we have nothing to announce — but we’ve talked about it and how much fun would it be to design that character.

So is Doomfist finally making his way into the Overwatch beyond cryptic story mentions? If Sombra’s launch is any indication, we may not know for a while.
