Whether or not you give a hoot about football, you’ll enjoy these superb owls

For such a short month, there’s a lot going on in February — and lots of it is tied to cuteness. There’s Valentine’s Day, the time for bear hugs and lovebirds. There’s the Olympic Games in China, where they have wisely selected a cartoon panda as their mascot. And then in the United States, we get the athletics and advertising festival that is the Super Bowl. With the big football game coming up this Sunday, it seemed appropriate to kick off the weekend by listening to the wisdom of some superb owls.
