Halloween may be over but autumn is still in full swing! Leaves are hitting the ground which means there are also a lot of cute animals hitting the leaves!

Stella remains the leaf-jumping champion

Stella loves jumping in leaves so much there are several videos of her on YouTube showing up her mad skills.

Stella isn’t the only dog that enjoys playing leaves

Butch may have been bred for digging through snow piles, but he likes to play around in leaf piles as well!

Not to be outdone, cats show they have fun in leaves too

Errant leaves also provide quite the playful distraction!

Yep, cows like to play around in leaf piles too!

Even meerkats enjoy playing in leaves!

Ok, to be technical they were more rooting around in the leaves for food rather than playing in them, but here at Cuteness HQ we use any excuse to show them off.

Honestly I think every animal enjoys playing in leaves

Leaf piles are quick and easy way for zoos to add enrichment to their enclosures, as these gorillas find out.
