Billed as a fast-paced, cooperative, story-driven tactical action game, the Cyberpunk 2077 board game lets you take control of videogame favorites Jackie Welles, Panam Palmer, Judy Alvarez, or one of two flavors of V to take on the Arasaka corporation.

Featuring 13 story missions plus a randomized mission generator, the game promises dozens of hours of play. Gameplay supports one to four players at a time, over an estimated 75 minutes per session, and appears to feature an intriguing combination of tactical positioning on a customizable mission board as well as a measure of deck building to represent your cyberware, weapons, crafted gear, and quickhacks. Make tough choices in the various story events you encounter along the way and deal with the consequences like only a legend can. The real-time time limit for each mission promises to keep things from dragging on, as cooperative tactical games often can.

Currently sitting pretty at two and a half million dollars of funding, you don’t need to worry about the project failing to meet its funding goals.
