All WoW servers are back online after a quick maintenance

It’s another totally normal WoW maintenance this week: all World of Warcraft servers are now back online offline from 7am – 8am pacific time (or 10am – 11am eastern time). That includes all realm types: modern, Classic, Cataclysm Classic, Season of Discovery, Hardcore, and Anniversary realms.

This downtime is so quick you may not notice it at all (I really didn’t), though if you do notice the hour dragging on I recommend taking a look at this baby tapir and marvel at the little squeaking noise it makes. And if somehow this baby tapir doesn’t amuse you, the Oregon Zoo has a baby elephant who’s working on her trumpeting skills. If neither of these things entertain you, I’m afraid you’re beyond my ability to help and you’re just going to have to wait out maintenance.

After a couple of quick maintenance weeks, we’re probably due for a longer maintenance soon to roll out WoW patch 11.1 (which still doesn’t have an official release date). When that happens I promise to provide a whole list of baby animal videos to while away the hours, but for now this is all you get. (If you need more, you’ll have to DIY).

I hope you all enjoyed today’s brief maintenance. All servers are now back online!
