Mother’s Blessing event returns to Sanctuary in March with a 35% bonus to experience in Diablo 4

Rejoice residents of Sanctuary for Lilith has once again deemed us worthy of a boon to our gold and experience while adventuring. From March 18 – 25, Diablo 4 players will receive 50% extra gold and 35% extra XP regardless of whether they are playing on the Eternal realm or playing seasonal characters. This bonus extends across all  difficulties, so there’s no need to move up or down to take advantage of it.

This iteration of Mother’s Blessing comes with an extra bonus: during the event, you will also receive an extra cache from the Tree of Whispers whenever you turn in your Grim Favors. This bonus cache will always be a Collection of Chaos cache, so its contents will be completely random. But double the loot means double the chance at good loot that doesn’t get immediately salvaged.

It’s a great perk during Season 7, where we’re well-incentivized to do non-stop Whispers. Headhunt zones are packed with Whispers, as well as having high mob density for leveling, tons of loot from Headrotten bosses, and dropping seasonal currency. Now we can keep doing what we’re already doing, but earn double the rewards. Eternal realm characters benefit as well, but they’ll have to do Whispers the old fashioned way, since they aren’t consolidated as neatly as they are in the seasonal Headhunt zones.

We’re well into Season 7, but if you haven’t already started it isn’t too late to jump in to fill out the battle pass, complete the season journey, and get the new pet raven. We’re likely to be getting a mid-season patch sometime soon, which may spice things up a little more during Mother’s Blessing. Whether you’ve been actively playing or you’ve taken a break, this is a great time to get into the game and collect levels, gear, and those coveted paragon points. So jump into Diablo 4 to give yourself a boost with Mother’s Blessing — the latest event ends on February 25.
