What unexpected or unannounced features would you like to see in Warcraft’s player housing?

Last week we had a plethora of new information about the upcoming player housing feature for World of Warcraft: Midnight. We know there are many features that haven’t yet been announced, and Blizzard is actively seeking feedback on what we would like to see added.

In that spirit, here are some suggestions for housing Blizzard could maybe consider:

• Lore items like books and letters should be catalogue items to place as books in your home. The Steamy Romance Novels should be some of the first items implemented. :)
• Even if the themes are limited, a selection of exterior appearances, possibly including size, roof type and color, door type and color, window type.
• As a Night Elf main, I would love to be able to build a tree house.
• Every house should have a letter box out the front. I have a permanent address now, the mail should be able to find me.
• Some site-based customizations, eg the option to add a fishing dock if adjacent to a body of water, option to add a swing-bench if near a large tree. Or just options for outdoor decor, like a little library in your yard, somewhere for dog if you have befriended him, and items like wells, gardens, or pergolas.
• The ability to create a basement, or an attic style space. The ability to create a courtyard space, perhaps through roof manipulation. 
• The ability to have a koi pond (or similar) or be able to “plant” trees within the courtyard. Being able to trigger rain would be neat here too.
• The ability to have aquariums and be able to “release” fish you’ve caught into the tanks (can limit the number of fish per tank).
• The ability to have collections cabinets for some of the things we’ve collected over the years, such as the miniatures from Mechagon Isle, or all the various grey rocks people have collected.
• The ability to program sunset or sunrise triggers on windows/light sources from a switch.
• The ability to post player-created “quests” to a community notice board. It could be asking assistance for a specific quest or requesting a specific BOE drop, with the initiating player setting the reward value, but it also gives community currency on completion to both players that can be used on upgrading the neighborhood.
• The ability to create a Haunted House tour during Hallow’s End, using seasonal wands to create “traps.”
• The ability to have a grooming station for pets within our homes.
• The option to have group homes for guilds, for people who don’t really want to spend lots of time setting up a home but want to participate in neighborhood activities. Like an apartment, dormhouse, or barracks.
• The ability to save decoration themes like transmog sets, so you can easily experiment with sets or change for seasons, but switch back to a previous theme quickly.
• Have a “look book” so visitors can copy your current decoration theme to use in their home. Possibly the ability to copy a single room or the entire house.
