Leveling is a breeze with the XP-boosting Winds of Mysterious Fortune buff, now live!

The Winds of Mysterious Fortune buff is back in WoW, giving you a leveling boost leading into Midnight. From January 27th to February 22nd, there’s a 20% experience boost for all characters between levels 10 and 79. Not only that, reputation for all Dragonflight and The War Within factions have been buffed by 50% allowing you to catch up on any missing renown and the housing items the quartermasters may hold.

While questing below level 80, there will be chances for Mysterious Satchels to drop from creatures or from turning in quests. They will offer items that will boost stats as well experience potion to increase the 20% experience bonus to 30%.  These potions will also be Warbound so you can save them for the next alt you plan to level.

Aside from the Mysterious Satchel that you gain from completing quests, your first Mysterious Satchel of the day will be a Pristine Mysterious satchel, which has higher quality gear and items included.

These experience buffs also pair with the Darkmoon Faire spell Whee, granting extra experience and reputation while the faire is active on February 1st through the 7th.

You may want to put aside any alt you wish to power level during this event, as they can accumulate rested bonus for an extra 200%, and if you have a full set of heirlooms for characters under 70, will have extended duration. Pair this with the Midnight prelaunch invasion happening in the Twilight Highlands, and your alt army that didn’t make it to max level during Legion Remix will be geared up and ready to head off to Silvermoon just in time for the launch of Midnight in March.

This month-long event will make leveling your alt army a breeze as well as help you complete some renown trees you may be behind on. Take advantage of this event before the Winds of Mysterious Fortune die down on February 22nd as players head into Midnight.
