Hidden Artifact appearances can now be discovered in Legion Remix

When we last checked, the ability to acquire the Hidden Artifact appearances in Legion Remix wasn’t working for the vast majority of the appearances. After a new round of hotfixes however, players will now be able to unlock the hidden appearances for all artifacts!

While you can follow standard guides for acquisition, due to the nature of the ReLegion experience they’ve had to make a few modifications to the process for some classes and specs:

• As Class Hall Research isn’t present in ReLegion the activities normally done via this method are automatically unlocked; this helps with the acquisition of the hidden appearances for Vengeance Demon Hunter, Restoration Druid, Frost Mage, Brewmaster Monk and Destruction Warlock
• Once Professor Putricide’s Lost Journal drops for them, Unholy Death Knights can unlock their hidden appearance by use of a timewarped trap door in Acherus instead of having to journey to Icecrown Citadel
• Three of the Discipline Priest volumes needed to complete The Annals of Light and Shadow are located in the stack of books to the left of Eternus; this allows you to skip the Scholomance, Scarlet Halls, and Karazhan requirements
• Beast Mastery Hunters purchase the Designs of the Grand Architect from Horos in the Infinite Bazaar as the NPC they previously obtained it from is not present in ReLegion
• Subtlety Rogues can now obtain the Tome of Otherworldly Venoms from Horos in the Infinite Bazaar for 80000 Bronze so that they don’t need to run through the Trove of the Thunder King scenario
• Retribution Paladins have the biggest advantage from this update as they can purchase the Shard of Darkness from Horos in the Infinite Bazaar for 100000 Bronze saving them the time to complete an entire quest chain and attempt to fish it up that they would need to do on live

While it’s still likely that acquiring the Hidden Artifact appearances will be easier in live World of Warcraft the shortcuts provided for a few of them makes it easier to acquire them there especially if you’re needing Subtlety Rogue or Retribution Paladin appearances.
