Earn a bakery-themed back transmog by playing World of Warcraft for 15 minutes with Discord quest

Don’t miss your chance to grab an oven-fresh World of Warcraft back transmog by completing a Discord quest before the window expires! No streaming required for this latest quest — simply playing retail WoW with the Discord client open will earn you this baguette-filled back bling — but get on it, because this reward isn’t available for long!

You will receive a Piping Hot Portable Bakery for completing this short quest. It’s a wooden-framed backpack filled with both baked goods and kitchen utensils. While the first mobile baking backpack was available from the November 2025 Trading Post and sported black-and-gold ribbon adornments, this version has a purple-and-silver accented look for Midnight food preparation enthusiasts.

This quest is only available through Monday, February 2, but fortunately it’s very easy to do.

How to get the Piping Hot Portable Bakery transmog from Discord

Discord quests exist in the same realm as Twitch Drops. Instead of receiving an in-game reward by tuning into your favorite streamer, you are the one streaming or playing the game. You can find the quest by going to the Discord quest page on the web, or by clicking on the quests option in the menu at the top of your Direct Messages list in the app. Then scroll down to the World of Warcraft: Housing Quest for the portable bakery backpiece and hit the Accept Quest button. You’ll need to keep your Discord client running to earn the reward.

Once you’re playing, you’ll be able to check your progress towards completing the quest in bottom left corner of the Discord client. After the fifteen minutes is complete, you’ll get a pop-up with a redemption code. Copy the code and paste it into the Redeem Code page on the Battle.net client (click on your portrait in the top right corner for the relevant menu) and the piece will be automatically added to your transmog wardrobe.

Note that there is a bug preventing some players from claiming this item. If you try to redeem your code and get an error that the code is already claimed, Blizzard is aware of the bug and investigating.

There are less pesky restrictions for this quest than in the past. You will need to use the Discord desktop app rather than the browser version (though you can accept the quest from the web app. Unlike previous Discord WoW rewards, this one isn’t region-restricted to the US, and you can earn it in both the Mac and Windows clients. If you’re having problems, Discord has a handy FAQ explaining quests, which will hopefully address your issue!

Grab your baking gear before the sweet rolls are gone — remember, you only have until the quest ends on Monday, February 2 to add this free item to your collection.
