It’s a super short World of Warcraft maintenance day for all servers — all servers now back online!

We’ve had a lot of lengthy maintenance days lately, so it’s refreshing to get a single hour of maintenance across all World of Warcraft realms. If maintenance runs as scheduled, we’ll be back in game and being disappointed by what’s in the Great Vault in no time.

Here’s the WoW maintenance schedule for Tuesday, April 7:

  • Midnight: Offline from 7am – 8am pacific (10am – 11am eastern)
  • Mists of Pandaria Classic: Offline from 7am – 8am pacific (10am – 11am eastern)
  • WoW Classic (including Classic Era, Season of Discovery, and Hardcore realms): Offline from 7am – 8am pacific (10am – 11am eastern)
  • The Burning Crusade Classic Anniversary realms: Offline from 7am – 8am pacific (10am – 11am eastern)

All World of Warcraft servers are back online!

The short maintenance schedule means Blizzard is probably just planning to do a brief restart on all realms before bringing them back online. Midnight is rolling out a small raid tuning patch with this reset, dialing down the difficulty of Mythic Belo’ren, which has been a hard wall for the majority of raiders trying to progress through Midnight Season 1. But there are nerfs to a lot of raid content across difficulty levels, particularly for small groups as Blizzard is reducing scaling of some abilities for smaller raid teams. If you’ve struggled in March of Quel’Danas, Dreamrift, or the Voidspire, some of this week’s changes could make it easier. There are no patches announced for the Classic servers, so it’s likely to be a quiet day on Classic realms.

As hoped, servers came back online on schedule and you can jump into game now.
