The decks you need to win the Deal Your Fate Hearthstone Tavern Brawl
For the third week in a row, we have a super old Hearthstone Tavern Brawl returning after a very long absence. Once again it’s a Constructed Wild Brawl, but this time around the gimmick is considerably more fun and unpredictable. Random “fate” effects will be offered during combat, and up to four will affect the game, impacting both players. These randomized effects make each game different, and keep you on your toes, making for a pretty fun brawl.
So read on to learn all about those fates, and find out the best strategy and decks to win the Deal Your Fate Hearthstone Tavern Brawl.

Tavern Brawl basics
Name: Deal Your Fate Tavern Brawl
Description: The Tavern Keeper foretells a fateful brawl! You and your opponent discover random fates that affect you both!
Fun level: 8/10
Difficulty: 7/10
Replayability: 8/10
Format: Wild
Type: PVP
Rewards: 1 Cataclysm card pack
When the game starts, each player will get to choose from one of four fates at the start of their turn, from four randomly chosen options. Each Fate affects both players, so keep that in mind! The start-of-game fates are as follows:
- Fate: Armor. Each player gains 2 Armor on the start of their turn.
- Fate: Bananas. When a minion dies, its owner gets a (1) mana Banana.
- Fate: Coin. When a minion dies, its owner gets a Coin.
- Fate: Confusion. At the end of each turn, swap all minions’ Attack and Health.
- Fate: Portals. Shuffle 10 Unstable Portals into each player’s deck.
- Fate: Spells. Spells cost (1) less.
Then, once any player has 20 or less health left, they get to choose a Dire Fate on the start of their next turn (from four options). Once again, Dire Fates affect both players, but as the name implies, they affect the game even more drastically. Here they are:
- Dire Fate: Card. When a minion dies, its owner draws a card.
- Dire Fate: Manaburst. Minions gain Deathrattle: Random card in owner’s hand costs (0).
- Dire Fate: Murlocs. Turn each minion in play into a 1/1 Murloc.
- Dire Fate: Taunt and Charge. All minions have Taunt and Charge.
- Dire Fate: Unstable Portals. Place 3 Unstable Portals in each player’s hand.
Make sure you consider the fates before you choose which deck to play, as they will greatly affect how the game plays out — and try to pick something that the opponent will probably not benefit from as much as you!

The decks you need to win Hearthstone’s Deal Your Fate Tavern Brawl
Here are some OP Wild decks for you to try this week, just like the previous two weeks. If you’re not sure how to use deck codes, we have a handy guide for that.
Discard Warlock

- Deck code:
AAEBAf0GBM4Hj4ID8aEG9qEGDbW5A9XRA9DhA5iSBauSBZXKBteXB4SZB6StB8ayB9a+B9m+B8+/BwAA
- Once again we bring back the king of Wild at the moment, Discard Warlock. This deck is just too powerful to ignore on any Wild Brawl. Your cheap minions will flood the board as you discard, you’ll buff them, and you’ll also have lots and lots of ways to deal massive damage to everything that dares stand in your way.
Odd Questline Hunter

- Deck code:
AAEBAR8EnvgC/fgDwbkE15cHDYAH6asCudADqZ8Eqp8EnbAEmpIFjp4GzZ4G6qUG5OoGr5IHu8AHAAA=
- This deck works best if you (or your opponent) pick Fate: Spells, which gives you “Spells cost (1) less.” Since this deck has so many 1-cost spells, you’ll complete each step of your questline in no time, while dealing constant damage to the enemy and their board. It’s really fun and strong.

Call to Arms Paladin

- Deck code:

- Once again we feature this deck, which relies on the powerful card Call to Arms (and similar effects like Boogie Down) to summon minions from your deck. Then, you buff them with things like Crusader Aura to go to town.
Frost Death Knight

- Deck code:
AAEBAfHhBAKXoATWgAYO7eME9eME/uMEh/YEiPYE+4AG6akG/roG3uUGo5IHt5UH9pYHxawHtOMHAAA=
- A relatively cheap and easy-to-pilot option. Lots of ways to deal constant damage to your opponent’s board, draw cards, get discounts for your spells, and finish the game with Frostwyrm’s Fury.
Honestly, this is a very fun Brawl with lots of replay value. We hope you find a deck (or two or three!) you like and get your pack.
