It's a big day for World of Warcraft players as the long-awaited Player Housing feature goes live in modern WoW with patch 11.2.7.

It's been a quiet holiday week in the US, which means news has been a little thin as everyone scatters for the holidays.
The Queue: Transmog is still too expensive
I’m just going to start and end with that: transmog is too expensive.
And I’m going to keep saying it until Blizzard hears me.
But I guess I can take a break from screaming at the sky to write the Queue.
It’s a completely normal WoW maintenance day (I know, I was surprised too) — all servers back online!
This week's WoW maintenance is scheduled for a brief hour this week, and after many weeks of lengthy maintenances, I'm surprised.

We're one week farther into 2025 which means we're one week closer to Player Housing, which hits early access on December 2.
The Queue: A chilly reception (to transmog)
Blizzard added transmog to the Midnight beta this week, and I’ll tell you all more about it when I am not swinging wildly between incandescent rage and crushing disappointment. Transmog is dead (to me), long live transmog.
