It's a big day for World of Warcraft players as the long-awaited Player Housing feature goes live in modern WoW with patch 11.2.7.

The Burning Crusade Classic pre-patch is rolling out January 13, 2026 and when it does it, all non-Hardcore PVP and PVE Classic anniversary realms will convert to TBC Classic anniversary realms.

Mists of Pandaria Classic is launching Phase 3, the Thunder King, on December 9 at 3pm pacific time.

WoW Classic anniversary realms can now look forward to the The Burning Crusade Classic pre-patch officially launching on January 13, 2026, technically fitting in the 2025 Classic roadmap which put it during during winter 2025-2026.

We've had a whole lot of long WoW maintenances lately, but we've finally reached an almost-not-long-maintenance.

Tuesday is coming for us with another long World of Warcraft maintenance (for some players).

It's a weird week for WoW maintenance, with extended downtime for modern and Classic realms, while Mists of Pandaria Classic is the odd one out with only a single hour of maintenance.

I wouldn't usually refer to World of Warcraft downtime as happy hour, but I am pretty happy it's just an hour.

It was a long WoW maintenance today: while Classic servers were already back online within an hour, The War Within is scheduled to be down all day for the launch of patch 11.2.5.

It's a busy week in World of Warcraft, but a (mostly) quiet week for maintenance.
