Cataclysm Classic Phases

Elemental Rune Dungeons are a continuation of the Titan Rune Dungeons introduced in Wrath of the Lich King Classic Phase 2 and function as an optional difficulty mode in Cataclysm Classic dungeons that players can choose to do to earn for higher level rewards as well as currency to purchase with a specific vendor.

After a short delay from its initial January 2025 release, Cataclysm Classic Phase 4 is now live and later this week on Thursday, February 20 at 3PM pacific time, the Dragon Soul raid will launch worldwide.

Elemental Rune Dungeons go live on October 29, 2024 as part of the staggered rollout for Cataclysm Classic Phase 3.

Cataclysm Classic Phase 2 is officially live!

In a twist, part of Cataclysm Classic Phase 3 launched early, on September 17, 2024 while the rest of the phase's launch happens over time on October 29 and November 7.  Originally, Phase 3 was scheduled to arrive in October 2024 and we haven't seen a Classic phase release earlier than intended before, so a part of the phase being moved up is a bit surprising.

World of Warcraft Classic latest expansion, Cataclysm Classic, launched on May 20, followed shortly by the release of the expansion's first phase a week later.

Cataclysm Classic's first planned phase officially kicked off May 28 and is now in full swing with the launch of three raid dungeons!
