Maintenance

While I think the overall launch of The War Within has gone well — the servers have been online when they were supposed to, zones, dungeons, and delves are accessible, quests are playable, and so on — there have been a few issues.

Having a Monday WoW expansion launch means that maintenance day comes fast, and this morning's maintenance window is a little longer than usual: the World of Warcraft servers will be offline from 7am to 9am pacific.

We're getting very close to the official launch day for The War Within expansion, with early access starting Thursday and the official launch next week.

WoW Classic is here and that means that it'll probably need scheduled maintenance times.

Update: The servers are back up early, so you can jump in and get playing right now if that's your thing.

We've got a week left of Legion but that doesn't mean there isn't time for more class tuning.

The WoW team has gotten so good at maintenance that the servers have been up early almost every recent maintenance period.

It's time for some late Friday night class updates, everyone!

Update: As of 12:50PM PDT / 2:50PM EDT, North American realms are in the process of coming back online a bit earlier than the original extended maintenance suggested.
