Pet Battles in the wild are no more in Midnight
As we started digging into the Midnight alpha, players started noticing something curious about wild battle pets -- namely, in the new zones, they don't really battle anymore.
In Midnight if you collect a tier set, you unlock all the lower difficulty appearances of that set
Coming during Midnight, once a full tier set has been completed, the appearance for all lower tiers of the same appearance will also be unlocked.
Blizzard announces their phased rollout for the Midnight alpha, starting October 2
The Midnight alpha is arriving soon -- October 2 -- and Blizzard has also furnished us with a set of phases and content we'll be seeing as the alpha continues.
