Heroes of the Storm Dynamic Bundles coming next major patch

Heroes offers a lot of great bundles in their in-game shop through their weekly sales. With bundles, you can buy a group of heroes, skins, and mounts for a deep discount (and with many more new skins and mounts coming, we expect plenty of new bundles in the future). The problem has been that if you already own a hero, mount, or skin in the bundle you want to buy, the game doesn’t deduct from the price to compensate — so you’re essentially paying twice for the same item.

But that’s changing soon with dynamic bundles.

In the next major patch, not only will the prices of bundles drop if you already own parts of it, but you will be sent gold as compensation if you’ve already bought a bundle with elements you own. There are a few caveats to this long-asked-for change. Dynamic bundle pricing doesn’t apply to bundles with only two items and is not affected by any Stimpacks included in the bundle.

Along with this change, the Nexus Bundle is being replaced with the new Storm Bundle. That means the Nazeebra Mount available through the Nexus Bundle will no longer be available. You’ll have one week after the Storm Bundle launches to buy the Nexus Bundle and get the mount before it disappears.

The next major patch that brings these changes will likely be August 18th or 25th with the introduction of Kharazim, the Diablo support hero that is the next to join the game.
