Ms. Xiulan in the Black Market Auction House has an array of expensive items — but only for two more days!

Dragonflight patch 10.2 added a lot of new content to the game, so it may be a surprise for you to learn that one of the minor additions was a gold-sink vendor in the Valdrakken Black Market Auction House. Ms. Xiulan, one of Madam Goya’s trusty assistants, now has available nine new cosmetics and a mount for sale. These items are essentially gold recolors of Trading Post items you may already have but for completionists or those looking for the perfect color match they’re an easy way to acquire desirable items. Unfortunately for those a little short on cash right now they’ll only be available until August 31 so you may want to visit her soon before you get distracted by the pre-patch and The War Within.

If you’ve yet to visit the BMAH this expansion, it’s located on the western side of Valdrakken, underneath the Whelp Daycare. Ms. Xiulan stands front and center so she’s easy to spot. If you speak with her she’ll have a conversation bubble that lets you open her vendor option and also warns you that the items are only available until “the end of August” — August 31 is the last sale day, after which her inventory will likely refresh, a la the Trading Post. It is important to note that the Goblin vendor discount racial does not apply to the items so feel free to purchase on any character that has the spare gold.

Ms. Xiulan sells an array of golden-colored transmog and a mount

Ten items in total are available:

• Gold Resonating Crystal which unlocks the golden regal scarab mount: 1.2 million gold. This mount is a flying mount and should have Skyriding with patch 11.0.1.
• Arsenal: Whispering Temple Blades provides two 1H sword appearances that resemble Quel’serrar but are of course golden. The gleaming whispering temple blade has a built-in glow effect while the whispering temple blade is a standard appearance. The set is 200,000 gold.
• Marauder King’s Body Carver is a 2H polearm that sells for 100,000 gold.
• Gold-Plated Witchhunter’s Carbine is a gun that’s available for 100,000 gold.
• Gilded Scarab Bulwark is a scarab beetle shield that can be bought for 100,000 gold.
• Gilded Crown Splitter is a 2H axe that’s sold for 90,000 gold.
• Royal Witch Doctor’s Trophies and Guard continues the recent tradition of providing the same transmog in both a shield and cloak format. These troll-friendly items are sold separately and will each set you back 80,000 gold.
• Wrathful Crusader’s Helm is a plate-only cosmetic available for 75,000 gold.
• Regal Gryphon Rider’s Headgear is a cosmetic helm usable by all armor types for 75,000 gold.

Buying every item from Ms. Xiulan will set you back a cool 2.1 million gold. If you’re not able to acquire all the items before August 31 don’t fret, as they’ll be added to the Black Market Auction House rotation afterwards — although I imagine the current price will be the starting price so don’t expect to get one for a bargain. It’s unknown whether these items will also be added to the Unsold Black Market Auction House Container but it’s likely.
