How to get to Siren Isle in WoW patch 11.0.7
The centerpiece of WoW patch 11.0.7 is Siren Isle, with its four new mounts and its fancy customizable ring, along with quests, story, and all the usual stuff you’ve come to expect from a World of Warcraft content patch. However, before you can do any of that, you’ve first got to figure out how to get there to begin with — after all, this is another island, not part of Khaz Algar where we’ve been exploring so far in The War Within!
Luckily, getting there is straightforward. Head to Dawn in Foundation Hall in Dornogal. (This is where the portals back to Orgrimmar and Stormwind are, for reference.) She’ll give you a quest called The Expedition Awaits, which will send you off to join goblin greasemonkey Skaggit on an expedition to Siren Isle! This quest chain also unlocks several important features of the island, so you’ll want to keep trucking through it until it’s done — that’s how you get your Cyrce’s Circlet, a key part of exploration on Siren Isle as well as a fancy piece of upgradeable jewelry.
Once you’ve finished your introductory experience, you’ll have two different ways to get back and forth between Khaz Algar and Siren Isle. One, the more conventional way, is by zeppelin — Sky-Captain Cableclamp and her ship, the Princess’s Pride, will be docked at the same spot in Dornogal as where you first encountered them, and you can talk to her to take a trip to Siren Isle; she’ll also be present on Siren Isle at Flotsam Shoal, where — until you unlock flying — you’ll need to climb a rope to get back up to the zeppelin.
You’ll also have a second, distinctly dwarven way of traveling back and forth: mole machines! A mole machine will be placed near Gundargaz in the Ringing Deeps on the Khaz Algar end, and a connecting one on the Siren Isle, to let you burrow your way back there any time you like.
