All the new items you can pick up from Brewfest in 2025 — including a new flying keg mount!

Brewfest is the best time of the year, and the 2025 edition is running from September 23 to October 9 with the updates promised in this year’s road map. Besides a new Iskaara Soup-style event — called the Brewfest Banquet Outdoor Scenario — there are a lot of items to collect including a slew of new and unique transmog.

Probably the marquee item new to this year’s Brewfest is the Brewfest Barrel Bomber, a flying keg mount that can be found in the Keg-Shaped Treasure Chest that drops once a day per character from Coren Direbrew. Unlike the Renewed Proto-Drake Brewfest armor you can only get it from your first Warband defeat of the day — although it should have bad luck protection.

There are no new pets available this year from Brewfest, but there is a new toy: the Brewer’s Balloon for 200 Brewfest Prize Tokens. They’ve changed up the vendors this year so to purchase it you’ll need to visit Jixy Wobblebot outside of Ironforge or Spritz Tinkerton at the Orgrimmar pavilion.

Two Brewer’s outfits, a Barrel Helm, and a Dark Iron recolor of the Ceremonial Ensemble are new for Brewfest this year

There are two “Brewer’s” ensembles available in Black and Green. These include a stylish beret, a dashing cape (for one shoulder or two), a belt with a sporran, and a kilt — those who have dreamed of a Scottish Highlands transmog are finally getting their wish! The full set costs 750 Brewfest Prize Tokens and can be purchased with all other transmog from Thalira Shadowlace at the Ironforge pavilion or Sylvessa Luminweave outside of Orgrimmar. Note that there are two other colors (brown and blue) that can drop from the Brewfest Banquet Outdoor Scenario.

The Dark Iron Ceremonial Ensemble is an appropriately black-and-flame recolor of the Bronzebeard and Speaker Ceremonial Ensembles available in the September Trading Post. This one comes with a hefty price tag of 1300 Brewfest Prize Tokens for the full set. The recolor of the weapons and the forge backpack that match the Ensemble can drop from the Brewfest Banquet Outdoor Scenario.

The final new piece of transmog is the Barrel Helm which looks more like the broken bottom of a keg — including the spigot! This will cost 200 Brewfest Prize Tokens.

That’s a lot of new Brewfest merchandise! It looks like it’s going to cost a whopping 3200 Brewfest Prize Tokens in total but between the Bar Tab Barrel quests and the Brewfest Banquet Outdoor Scenario I’m hoping it won’t be an issue because there’s a lot of fun new stuff to collect this Brewfest.
