The Queue: Hemborger Steak vs. Yakisoba Pan

It’s a culinary battle out here, and Two Bosses Enter the arena: “Hemborger Steak,” a delicious beef patty served with eggs, vegetables, and a rich sauce faces off against “Yakisoba Pan,” a hot dog bun filled with noodles, pork belly, and yakisoba sauce. Who wins? Who loses? What’s the ultimate dish?!

As you ponder this extremely important question, we welcome you into The Queue, our daily Q&A column where we’re hungry. We’re very, very hungry.

TELWAR

QftRemixQ: Do you get class hall sets out of remix?

Not directly in Remix itself, no. But you can earn the unlock conditions for buying the pieces in Remix, and then once you transfer your character over to the Live servers, you can buy them there. Sadly, you’ll still need to farm those Order Resources, though.

Will dragonland raids be soloable when the prepatch happens?

It’s hard to say. We lean towards “no,” because we’re getting another stat squish, and that tends to make older content a little harder (since there’s a much smaller delta between different tiers of content, so your levels/gear don’t help you as much in comparison).

With that said, so much is changing in the game with Midnight, between class design and everything else, that we’ll only know for sure once we test it out.

Q4tQ: when your class/spec has a choice of different weapon types, do you tend toward one that you personally like or that you think fits the theme better? Or do you just use whatever you get? Asking because I just don’t feel like I’m playing a spellcasting class if there’s no magic staff.

Normally, I just use whatever I get. I don’t feel suuuper strongly about weapons, though I do like my nimbler, faster weapons in general. But I like to vary.

For some classes/specs, however, certain preferences do pop up a bit. With my Monk, I tend to like staves because they have a special “rest the weapon on your shoulder” animation when you unsheathe your weapon. But I also like to dual wield 1-handers, because Monks sheathe them on the back instead of on the hip. And on my Demon Hunter, while I do use weapons that aren’t warglaives all the time, I do like when I’m using warglaives because they get a special running animation with them too.

So I guess when it comes to choosing weapons, I’m more about those cool little animations/features than the weapons themselves!

ARTHONOS

Q4tQ: If LEGO partnered with Blizzard, what would you like to see for the small, medium, and large WoW LEGO set?

Ooh, that’s a fun one! Let me think for a bit.

Small: The Vindicaar! It’s a cool spaceship, and it could definitely fit the Lego vibe.

Medium: Could Dalaran count as Medium? I mean, as far as cities go, it’s not one of the largest ones. But all the magical stuff in it would be fun to build and appreciate.

Large: I’m gonna go with Stormwind. It’s probably my favorite place in WoW overall, and it has its color-coded districts which would probably look really cool as Lego. With the bonus that you could get a big Deathwing to place on top of the front gate!

ANNA BELL

Q4TQ: Are you (still) playing HSBGs this season? What are you enjoying, what are you not enjoying, what absolutely OP wombos have you pulled off?

Yes, I am! It’s a good season so far, but a little bit unbalanced. The top minion types — in my view, Mechs, Demons, Elementals, and Undead — are much stronger than the rest, to the point where picking the others feels almost like a liability right now. However, this isn’t an uncommon situation at all when a season is still new, and balance updates tend to work well in Battlegrounds.

I’m really enjoying both Demons and Mechs. I don’t know if they’re the most OP ones at the moment, but they feel a ton of fun to play. For Demons, I don’t tend to go the usual “damage -> lots of combat buffs” route (though that one is also fun and powerful), preferring to still focus on the good old “consume minions” route, which is stronger than ever. And with Mechs, the new RGB Volumizers are a very nice when you can get a comp going that gets you lots and lots of them, guaranteeing constant buffs and a few goldens.

KALCHEUS

Q4tQ Who is your favorite character in 13 Sentinels: Aegis Rim? Who is your waifu/husbando (if not the same character)?

Favorite character? It’s a toss up between Natsuno and Tomi for me! If I had to pick just one, I think I’d go with Natsuno. Though there are a lot of other characters besides those that I really appreciate, such as Miura and Yuki, and to an extent, Hijiyama and Ogata.

As for waifu? Well… if we go purely in terms of looks, I’d have to go with adult Ryoko. But if it’s more of a personality/character thing… probably Tomi. She’s a lot of fun.

Whether you think borgers are the greatest culinary invention in history, or they’re wildly overrated and you’d rather try some truly angelical yakisoba pan (it’s carbs filled with carbs!), we hope you’re not as hungry as I am right now, and have a good day, night, and/or weekend!
