The Queue: The joy of flying
It is just so satisfying to swoop through the air on a dragon, barely clearing mountains just to pick up speed going back down, barely dodging trees, crashing down into the ground right on top of the rare you mean to kill.
Okay. That’s a lie, because I almost never manage to dodge trees. But there’s still something viscerally satisfying about Dragonriding, and I’m looking forward to doing more of it, in a place where there are no trees to hit in patch 10.1.
Let’s Queue.

The Queue: It isn’t Friday (I’m only imagining it)
It can’t possibly be Friday (again). I must be imagining it. I’m just filling in on the Queue for…. someone. Probably. Because it’s definitely not Friday.
Blizzard Watch Weekly Wrap-up: A week of important Diablo announcements
The Queue: Friday is a state of mind
If Friday is a state of mind, then it is always Friday and it is never Friday. All week we hope for Friday, and when Friday comes we wait for five o’clock when we can go off to our exciting weekend plans, and then the weekend zooms by and it’s Monday again. That Friday feeling is fleeting, ephemeral, and always out of reach — either in a too distant future or drifting into the past, but never the present.
But for this brief moment in time, it is Friday. Let us enjoy our Friday together for the brief time it lasts. Let’s Queue.
Blizzard Watch Weekly Wrap-up: Love has indeed been in the air, though WoW’s Valentine’s Day event wraps up soon
The Queue: It’s all butterflies from here
My very first day in Dragonflight I found an item in the Waking Shores that, when clicked spawned butterflies around me. The butterflies kept spawning around me, in multiple colors, fluttering around, for a half hour. I’ve never found the item again — it isn’t where I originally saw it. It was one of those small, delightful surprises that seems to permeate the Dragon Isles.
Dragonflight feels like a whole new game.
Let’s talk about it.
