I like speedy Tuesday maintenance as much as anybody, but I am starting to get paranoid.

World of Warcraft players can earn a green colored variant of the Reins of the Astral Cloud Serpent mount called Shaohao's Sage Serpent as part of the upcoming Mists of Pandaria Classic launch this July.

I feel like I'm pushing my luck by announcing short maintenance for three weeks in a row — particularly since Mists of Pandaria Classic just launched last night, and was having some server stability issues.

It's hard to top the question asked in Mists of Pandaria's initial release trailer, and Taran Zhu's instantly iconic, "why do we fight" was core both to the narrative of that expansion and hit the hearts of many a World of Warcraft enthusiast.

The newest iteration of WoW Classic will be Mists of Pandaria Classic and it launches later this summer, with a release date on July 21, 2025 at 3PM pacific time.

I'm trying not to curse today's maintenance, but I have to call it like I see it: an hour-long Tuesday maintenance for all WoW servers is a quick maintenance.

It's an easy maintenance week for many WoW players, as The War Within and WoW Classic both have a quick one-hour maintenance scheduled.
