One of the most exciting pieces of news arriving in today's 2026 State of Azeroth content update for World of Warcraft was Labyrinths, a new, bigger format for Delves.

Tuesday brings the Midnight pre-patch and a number of systems changes, from transmog to UI to class overhauls.

Midnight opens with the heroes of Azeroth called to the desperate defense of the Sunwell by Lady Liadrin, but before we accept the summon request we should refresh ourselves on the background of the Blood Knight Matriarch.
